Join us in using the power of sport to help children and young people overcome violence, discrimination and disadvantage in their lives
Laureus Sport for Good is committed to transforming the lives of children and young people around the world through sport. We are helping to do this by supporting over 100 sport for development programmes in around 40 countries accross the world and by our efforts to support the growth of the sport for development community. Our work is championed by an Academy of over 60 globally recognised legends of sport and a further 150 leading sporting ambassadors.
As a key member of Laureus Sport for Good’s senior team, working in close collaboration with our programme partners, you will develop and support implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation systems which enable us to track progress and learn from each of the programmes we fund in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
In addition, you will develop ways of aggregating and expressing the worldwide impact of the 100+ sport for development programmes funded worldwide by Laureus Sport for Good.
Working closely with other members of the Programmes Team, you will identify, organise and deliver trainings in your specialist subject areas to support development of our programme partners and to strengthen programme methodology. You will also design and manage external research projects, learning communities and evaluation-related consultancy work. In order to share knowledge and develop the sport for development community, you will collaborate with other members of the Programmes team to create and host successful knowledge-sharing platforms such as Laureus Sport for Good’s global and regional summits.
Finally, you will work with wide Laureus teams to help to develop monitoring, evaluation and learning capacity within our organisation and to help us to communicate more effectively with our various stakeholders the impact of our work.
