JOB PURPOSE

Support the Senior Manager in developing and delivering a transformational 5 year responsibility progamme in Yorkshire.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the delivery of the Burberry responsibility programme in and around the Burberry manufacturing sites in Yorkshire.

Consult across a variety of business functions (including HR and manufacturing sites) to facilitate volunteering and mentoring programmes and engage Burberry employees.

Support in the management and delivery of key charity partnerships objectives

Develop specialist knowledge on education and the barriers to employment within the creative industries

Lead engagement with industry organisations and key stakeholders

Develop innovative methods of impacting and measuring behavioural change among young people’s perception and access to employment within the creative industries

Measure and report on the impacts of the programme among young people and employees.

Support the wider responsibility team in the delivery of the global strategy.

Experience and excellent understanding of insight methodology and impact measurement

Great stakeholder engagement capabilities

Approachable, demonstrating superb networking skills among a diverse range of customers

Good project management skills

A passion and understanding of the challenges to social mobility within the UK

Strong presentation and data management skills

Great connector and team player

Creativity, ability to continuously innovate
